Returns / Order Cancellation
Your order can be cancelled at any time either before or up to 14 days after delivery by emailing us at info@britishdrumco.com. Your order reference number must be added to the email.
Your goods must be unused and in ‘as new’ condition. Goods should be returned with the original box and include any accessories which came with it. Refunds will not be issued until the goods have been returned and inspected by our team.
If your cancellation request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. The cancellation is free of charge provided you inform us that you intend to cancel within this 14-day period and return the goods within a reasonable time.
We cannot cancel your order when: You are unable to provide proof of purchase. The goods were special order to your specification. When returning products by post / Courier you are advised to use an insured parcel service, which requires a signature. We are not responsible for products lost or damaged in transit. Please note, you are responsible for any postage costs when returning an item.
Faulty Goods
If there is a manufacturer fault with your goods within the specified guarantee period, we will normally offer a prompt repair, exchange, or refund (at our discretion). Under normal circumstances, we will offer you the choice of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 28 days of delivery.
Guarantees do not cover faults caused by neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
When returning products, you are advised to use an insured parcel service, which requires a signature, as we cannot be held responsible for products lost or damaged in transit.
This returns policy does not affect your legal rights.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
